Rental terms and requirements
- Rent is $1,950 per month.
- The lease term is 12 months.
- A $2,050 deposit is due at lease signing.
- To rent this home, the household must earn at least three times the monthly rent.
The owner requires each applicant to have:
- Good references from all previous landlords.
- No prior evictions.
- A clean background, with no felonies or other negative criminal activity on record.
- A credit score of 620 or higher.
All applicants 18 and over must complete a background and credit screening before the lease is signed. The screening fee is paid by the applicant. The owner will not ask you to complete this screening until your rental application is accepted. You will never be asked to pay a fee to see the home; be leery of home showing scams requiring payment prior to showing.
